FINAL DEAD LINE - APRIL 1, 2012

PLEASE NOTE: INSURANCE CARDS WILL BE MAILED OUT THIS YEAR    INSTEAD OF BEING POSTED ON THE WEB SITE

 

Please follow the procedure established by your Battalion/Regiment for submitting insurance.

DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Use the appropriate forms provided to submit your insurance for 2012.

2. Make checks payable to: First Division, Army of Northern Virginia (Any check not made out in this way will be returned to the sender.    Please note that ANV does NOT take credit or debit cards.)

3. Submit a list of events for your unit with your registration.  Submit the contact (POC) information for your company.
